Return Policy: We do not accept returns or exchanges on any used, opened, or tested products, including medicated items such as treatment creams and soaps. Only unused and sealed products can be returned within 15 days of purchase. Damage claims will only be accepted with a proper unboxing video recorded at the time of receiving the parcel.
