Replacement & Exchange Policy

Genting Health Care believes in complementing its customer experience with clear and transparent policy of Replacement and Exchange. Our beloved customer is permitted to apply for replacement and exchange after receiving his/her order.  

FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE IMPLIED UPON R&E:

• Claim for replacement and exchange must be done within 1 day of receiving order (i.e. within 24 hours)
• The product must not be misused by the customer in case of replacement and exchange
• The order shall only be applicable for replacement and exchange if INCORRECT or DAMAGED or EXPIRED parcel has been shipped mistakenly.

Note: Our policy does not allow for refunds.
